• I enjoyed the chill and straight-to-point style of this demo, with its over-the-top music, that says "we're just here to have fun". Yet in the middle of this, I thought the portraits were a really neat effect, that felt fresh.
  
  On the other side, the similarity with Rupture was distracting, and I can't tell if it's a nod, a uninspired copy or a coincidence.

• 64k Windows Equiratis rodentus by With Love
• The pacing and camera work have their shortcomings, but the animation work is way way above what is usually seen in the demoscene.
  
  As a first prod and as a 64k, this is some incredible quality and content.

• I really didn't like this one.
  
  The main problem I see is that the VHS effect was just completely overdone. It's one thing to imitate an aesthetic, but at this point this makes no sense any more. Back then when you had a video looking this bad you wouldn't continue viewing, because it was unpleasant for one thing, but also and mostly because it likely meant something was wrong with the player and you didn't want it to eat the magnetic tape.
  
  And this leads to the second problem: with a visual clue that is screaming to stop the video before something goes wrong, and a very tame atmosphere with little happening, at some point this demo just overstayed its welcome, and overshot it by a large margin.
  
  It's as if you made a music that included cracking vinyl sounds, but cranked it all the way up to sounding like the diamond actively scratching through the disk, and maintained that effect during several minutes.

• This starts strong with a really cool promise of amazing stuff about to happen and then... nothing happens.
  
  I hope there's something that follows!

• The sphere fracture was great and really clever.
  I also liked certain transitions a lot, especially the ones that blurred the line between 2D things and 3D things.
  
  One the downside, the overlay felt very rough.

  This one didn't work for me, I much preferred the previous episodes.
  (if I correctly understand this to be related to Deities and Lucy in the Sky with Deities)
