For whatever reason, I can't get this to run on my Amiga 2000 w/ '020. It's an NTSC Amiga w/ 1MB CHIP, 4MB 16-bit FAST, 2MB 32-bit FAST. It's an A2620 accelerator. It gurus in the aforementioned config and also when I disable the A2620, which puts it at standard 68000 mode w/ 1MB CHIP, 4MB 16-bit FAST. I have 3.1 ROMs and am using Degrader to knock the system down to PAL mode, which I do with all demos (without issue that I can see). FYI.
I'm sorry. What guru error code does it show? I've tested it in WinUAE with NTSC on and it doesn't crash but neither does it run. The problem is in the initialization code. When I fixed it, it runs but since everything is set for PAL resolution, the image is shifted down on NTSC. This is much harder to fix. The easiest solution would be to create a separate NTSC version of the demo. However, I don't know if this would fix your problem because it doesn't crash under emulation and I have no real hardware to test it on :-( - isokadded on the 2020-11-26 13:17:05

- Interesting how some line effects are almost identical to this production https://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=702
(Polka Brothers / Friday At Eight).
Same prods were release in August '94 (Assembly, Gathering). Was that some popular trend in effects that year? Coincidence? Coders were friends? - rulezadded on the 2020-11-07 19:06:17

- This is the purest demo-coding from the first to the last second. For me, this demo is the peak of "old-school" style with no need for acceleration cards. People still discuss how some effects are done even 20+ years later. Chaos's last work on Amiga -- what a testament!

- Very nice demo from 90s which I didn't know about! Many many effects, top quality OCS code and great transitions which I am very fond of! I wish I could code like this back then and I still wish the same today.

- Thumb up for the first Amiga production.
However, it shows how hard it is to move from powerful PC with almost no limits to a humble Amiga. - rulezadded on the 2020-10-19 12:03:27
