- Has some appeals in certain places visually. But I have to thumb it down for the music and the "look at us" we're trying to tell some boring story. Embrace your medium...

- @Visualice. I personally hate demos that try to tell a story. As a famous danish coder and I once talked about, the most shitty short film can "render" in better quality, than even the best demos, why not instead try to embrace the medium and do what it's best for. And I tend to think, that most sceners would agree with me. But if the story is like what is done in Debris (if you agree that Debris has a "story"), it might be a good thing, but I tend to watch demos more that don't include a story.

- Easily the best demo in 2011 so far. Aesthetically pleasing, fantastic code and a kick ass soundtrack. It's perfect on it's own. A work of art.

- demo Windows PC-05: Flux by Panda Cube [web]
- Polished but still showing the same scenes for way too long. Didn't feel very connected.

- Well, as Navis coined several things here but also the scenes are on for way too long.
Magic touch is about 10-15 seconds per scene or at least some solid developments after that. This just kept on and on. First showing a boring effect and then continuing with greetings for 1:30 minutes with the same effect on? Who wants that... - sucksadded on the 2011-04-28 19:50:29
