• Using Unity just reminds me of making demo with the good old Flash, which was also never accepted as "real" platform for demomakers.
  
  In the PC world we've come round in a circle unfortunately, making PC demos was about (ab)using the platform to tease out art&effects. And what's left in many productions (not all!) is making a show which main use is to please the crowd at parties. Using tools which automate this process as much as possible.
  
  Yes there is still a lot of art, love, work and time involved, which is very respectable. But the problem is not Unity - it's that using these tools you don't make demos, you make animations started in a player.

  But that doesn't change my opinion or thumbdown.
  For me personally that demo is just not demoish and doesn't fit to my personal idea of "the demoscene".

• I don't know many demoscene prods but this is one which is still in my mind and is always coming back after a while. Even if used with commercial music it represents the feelings and notions of a generation and the demoscenes subculture.

• I don't like it very much. Even if it got very nice graphics the music is quite boring with dull beats. Also, I can't feel any pacing. Nice idea to do "something else" but I miss demoscene flair with demoscene effects.
