Radman: Fear the draft. Head north to the snow line.
Fortunately for me, I'm barely over the age limit for any sort of military draft. That doesn't mean I want to leave here any less though! Oh, how I'd love to live in Quebec. I heard they make you take manditory French-speaking classes if you move there... (?)

I am not too sure about the validity of that statement, but living in Quebec without knowing a word of French might indeed be rather inconvenient =)

Nope, you don't have to take any classes. But like Nezbie says, if you don't speak french in Quebec you'll have a difficult time. You can't even get a job at McDick's without speaking french. I've been to Montreal and people I tried to have conversations with glared at me like I'm an idiot.
Patrick: "people I tried to have conversations with glared at me like I'm an idiot."
You drove to montreal for that? Come to breakpoint, there you can have the same only in a friendly atmosphere. :)

RaD Man: It's the same in other countries, I'm not sure if Germany has it yet or if it's only planed for the near future, but they want that everyone who wants to live here has to speak at least a minimum German. On a side effect (which is a main reason for bringing that law up) fewer people will come to Ger. Poor politicans, after 60 years they still won't accept that Germany is in the European top 3 of entry countries...
entry countries... IMMIGRATION is the word. :)

Back to topic: This episode rocks. :)
I concur. Good stuff. I have the sudden urge for a breakfast buffet.
