slengpung ! What does it mean ?

I have known slengpung for a very long time. And for a very long time I wished i could appear on some pictures there ! Unfortunately i spend my younger days doing shit elsewhere (in asia) hopefully all is not lost since I appear on Revision Photowall ® © .
But anyway today I wondered what is the meaning of the word "slengpung" ? I checked on google but there is only like 20 results , some links to pouet and other links to usual demoscene websites. But there is also a picture of a scrotum which link to a Norwegian blog that seems to talk about : "Scrotal plasty; “surgical adaptation of the scrotum."

which might be hard considering last couple times i saw him at revision he wasn't as drunk as he used to be back in the day. but he might still clarify you if you insist.
