Well, today I visited this site by accident: http://www.edge1s.com/offer/front-end-developer-r19/ and I could not smile over the striking similarity to Meteoriks' site. Is it a matter of using some common template, or did these guys simply ripped Meteoriks' site design?

I would guess it's a theme both parties modified. This kind of site design is REALLY common nowadays. Most of them are based on bootstrap.

also, I don't really blame the meteoriks guys at all for using a theme (which I'm guessing they customized a bit). Saves a ton of time, looks good, scales properly on mobile/tablets, ... :)
