@ewerybody, glad you asked. I used to rely on Shotty which has a lot of features like editing and uploading. The only one useful to me is the configurable delay, so you can open a menu or something that would otherwise close when pressing the screen shot key. Then I found aeroshot that's much more no-nonsense kind of a deal. It can capture straight to clipboard so it's more of an alt-printscreen replacement and it can deal with custom aero themes without cropping or padding. Shotty just assumes default theme chrome/shadow.
