Is there any progress on 3DS hacking? By random spanish-german-american hacking coalitions perhaps.
xernobyl: DS Homebrew is reported to run on the 3DS, if that's what you're asking for. I don't know the status on unlocking/documenting 3DS specific features, though. gbadev is probably the right place to ask, though.
as not even the DSi is really hacked (in the sense of using native DSi features), it'll take some more time to get the 3DS going, especially as nintendo claimed that this time they wanted to get everything much more secure (to avoid another DS and Wii like debacle)
