oh yeah, one really important info: AVOID EURONET ATMS AT ALL COSTS! they charge a ridiculous withdrawal fee, can be even tens of euros for small transactions. you can find them mostly in the inner city (touristy areas) but they tend to spawn in the most random places. here are 2 specimen (a male and a female): linky

just use any other ATM and you'll be fine.

Or if you bring cash, exchange HUF at any kiosk that says "no commission".
Rates shouldn't be too off from the average.

It’s been my first time there and I enjoyed it. Met lots of really nice people, I especially enjoyed that Friday night. And when civil police crash-stopped a probable drug dealer in his car, handcuffed him in front of us and my BOLT driver smiled and said „well... that’s Budapest“ I knew this is the right place to be. ;)

@Dascon how come we didn't see anything from you in the compos?

So after having finally having some time to get back into human form I can safely say this was easily the best party I've been to this year, with all the risk of a new location and its ups and downs.

mostly ups i'd say, everything was an improvement from the previous place (maybe apart from the unventillated main room which got pretty hot with all the people inside), but there are zero complaints from me. luckily we didn't have rain either so extra thank to the orgaz :D
