Sinclair QL has a tiny demos without sound.
QL has http://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=58498 Nyan with "sound".
I loved my QL when I was 12. I learnt a huge amount of programming on it.
In retrospect the hardware is a piece of crap!

Speaking of Sinclair: Cambridge Z88 (there are some dev tools here)
Science of Cambridge MK-14. It did have a VDU output board. Science of Cambridge became Sinclair Research.

@DaD1916: look at Prods->Platforms.
BeBox?
DaD1916: X68000 occurs twice in the list. FYI the NEC PC suggestions are among the "more Japanese hardware", but there are certainly others. :)
... mainly Sharp X1 and Fujitsu FM-7 (8-bit predecessors to X68000 and FM Towns, respectively).
NeXT?
@kuiash: there are some BeOS demos and even a pouet category for those. But right, not sure if any of these has PPC binaries.
A few more that I don't think have been mentioned in this thread:
Bandai Playdia
Casio Loopy
Casio PV-1000
Gamate
Hartung Game Master
Interton VC 4000
Konami Picno
Tomy Pyuuta

I am pretty sure there is no demoscene related production on Grundy NewBrain.

Haven't come across anything for the Canon X-07 either, unless some sound experiments count as demos.
Surely if the BeBox runs BeOS, then all these count as prods for it ?
