I always thought "Fuck you" meat something like "I fuck you", which, if you imgine the two participants to be male, and one of them unwilling, might not be so delicate or pleasurable to the object of the sentence. Unless he's gay, in which case he can turn the whole thing completely backwards by making a fool of the insulter.

It's obviously a form of saying "fuck you" to someone, altered to match "greetings to." It's not proper English, but it makes sense when put in a scrolltext right after the greets list.
As a native english speaker from Australia, I have to say that the only place I've heard the term 'fuckings' is in the scene. It makes no literal sense, and actually means nothing in real world terms. I always assumed it was a made up word by some pissed off scener with a very loose grip on english.
If I wrote something similar, it would be:
A big fuck you, to FTS.
although maybe it could come down to characters

is shorter. Although,
FTS are wankers
