i think it's pretty ballsy (or downright stupid, depending on how you look at it) to choose a style that one of the best groups in the scene (read: fairlight) has already perfected.

..but by all means, give it a shot :)

Fairlight?

I would like to see different approaches to the style other than just one group, however well they do it, theres always more than one way to approach or look at something so go for it, give us something fresh :)

so it means that only fairlight can do graffiti and hiphop in demos? what about up rought? or jetset? ;-D

i don't mean that fairlight are the only ones doing, or are allowed to do, hip-hop and grafitti demos.. but yeah; you just illustrated my point - that has kind of already been done pretty darn good, so when you start a new group why not aim for something fresh from the get-go?

Btw, I would not suggest using Irrlicht... The last time I took a look at the code, they used DrawPrimitveUP... sigh.
