must admit that I felt the burn too after a few tracks which is why I employed a very specific dancing style called "The Bear"!

See that seems to be a point of contention: as far as I understood, the original purpose of the compo was to make really shit music, and then starting around 2004, (I guess) Puryx and I started hijacking it with actual (horrible dictu "mainstream") gabber/hardcore stuff. Now it's 50-50% of each, and we've gotten both compliments and complaints about the "new direction", even though as far as the name and compo rules are concerned, we're doing everything according to description :)

i don't give a shit what it's supposed to be about; it's a hell of a compo and i hope it sticks around.
