as comes to bbs hq types, we definetely need type "distsite" or "dist". country abbreviations are not important, we can just add "hq" for that.

ps, i LOVE you for this new database part. i have quite some ideas connected to it which are not really hard to put in reality, but lets talk on irc about that!

thx for reacting so quick. we also need "memberboard" or perhaps just "mem". means that the board is affilled with a group because the sysop is member of it and not due to country distribution structures. i'm not really sure if it was practiced like that on the amiga side, but was a common thing in the pc demo/artboard scene.

oh and please remove universe (.fr) from http://www.pouet.net/bbses.php?which=4 . i'm really sorry, i'm so excited about that new feature that i can't memorize numbers... :P

gargaj, we discussed that already, but it would be too much hassle since there were no real standarts back then. for example, i have examples of finnish hq called finhq, sfhq and fhq in different ads - and at the same fime fhq was used for french hq, as well as frhq. i think "hq" is just enough to denounce the position of a country hq. and the country can always be seen from the number prefix.

Ok, added all the stuff about the SCEneT BBS - the rest is irrelevant anyway - IMHO this is a pretty secondary feature compared the fact that all the prod/group/party affiliations and relations in the database are write-only because of the complete lack of interface.
