It was a nice little village.
But maybe it was good that 2002 was the last party at Heidemarkhalle.
It seems like they builded more parking lots at the "party area" outside.
If you look at google maps you see that.

Yeah Fallingbostel was good. If it happened again and it'd be free, I'd go right away.
Some of the facilities at the 2002 party were top notch. I remember the massive tent refrigerator, where people stored their sleeping bags for some reason.
In dead MS was great! But i don't miss the massive traffic jams around Hannover on the way to Fallingbostel and back again. Kindly Saarbrücken is at the arse-end of the world ;-)

Zwischen 1997 und 2002 fanden in Fallingbostel Demoparties der Computerszene unter dem Namen Mekka & Symposium statt.
Im Film 23 – Nichts ist so wie es scheint werden die beiden Hauptfiguren wegen Drogenkonsums vom Schaffner am Bahnhof „Fallingbostel“ aus dem Zug geworfen. Fallingbostel verfügt jedoch weder über die im Film vorhandene Oberleitung, noch haben hier je Intercitys gehalten. Durch eine Kilometertafel, die kurz im Bild ist, wird offenbart, dass der im Film verwendete Bahnhof derjenige von Neustadt am Rübenberge ist, dessen Stationsschilder für den Dreh ausgetauscht wurden.
