Dear all,

Today my husband, my soulmate, my best friend passed away. Red/m0d was diagnosed with colon cancer on Friday October 13th last year.
He had chemotherapy but unfortunately that did not have any effect.

He decided that he wanted to be home for his last days, so we set up the living room to accommodate him to the fullest.
Last Thursday he let me know that he had had enough and it was time.
Red was put under palliative sedation, which means he got administered pain- and sleepmedication through a pump system. He fell asleep shortly after the first dose and he didn’t wake up again.
He went peacefully.

It's a small comfort that he passed peacefully.

I'll remember mOd at Sundown after-party night bacon frying sessions on Budleigh Salterton beach.

He decided I was a member of 3LN at one Revision, but he may have been drunk at the time.

Like typically happens in the death his brain and sense organs have been destroyed. Therefore he cannot have thoughts or sensations anymore implying that he is nowhere.

m0d was an amazing spirit. When I met him at a few Outlines back in the day I was blown away by his presence, his vibe, and definitely also his car antenna. m0d, may you rest in peace. Ilona, if you read this, my deepest condolences. <3

My deepest condolences to all those who were close to him, fought his cancer alongside and sticked with him till the very end.

I can only imagine he was a great chap to have with, I will always remember that moment at the revision 2011 he asked me to come for a "not a nectarine" group photo.
Those were the times.

It's been ages since I talked to him, but he was an awesome person. I loved the energy (albeit chaotic, in a good way) he brought to parties, whether it was bringing bangers of music, yelling "JAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" at parties, or just being around in general.

My sincere condolences to Ilona and the rest of the family.
