Depends what you consider safe. There's definitely a share of NSFW content which you may or may not consider safe. See this thread for example.

Pardon me, but I kinda do not understand your question. You may be a young kid being really sensible and a little bit afraid of some not proper contents/answers, or an adult not familiar to what's going on here. OK.
But well. Is making/composing music, coding, pixeling (making graphics) and putting it here safe for kids? If the kid is doing so 24/7, the answer perhaps is - no it is not ;)

Please watch some productions (the TOP 10 for example, or choose your category /platform and etc), the effects of many sleepless hours of so many ppl, hear the music (no, you do not have to pay for), admire the graphics and make up your mind =).

Perhaps you gonna like it and after some sleepless nights of creating, one day you will become one of Pouet's prOnstahrrrzxxs ;).

I suppose, as long as you don't look in the wrong places. But that applies to literally any part of the internet, if you're looking for bad stuff, then of course you'll find something that may not be kid friendly. Most of it should be fine though
