SIGGRAPH 2018 is starting at the end of next week in Vancouver.
I'll be attending a booth in the VR village, and I understand cupe is going to be there as well.

Who else is going to be there? Shall we have a meetup?

Excellent. When should we do this?

The last day won't be convenient for those of us who have to clear up their booth, but other than that any day will do for me.

If we don't decide in advance I suppose the BOF on the first day will be a good moment to synchronize our schedules.

@ Siggraph Sunday thru Wednesday, schedule is a bit open ended at the moment. There is another Shiny (creative coders) meetup that I plan on going to but the time for that isn't clamped down yet!

The Demoscene BoF mentioned by Zavie is Sunday 12:30 - 14:00 (West Building, Room 102, Vancouver Convention Centre). If we can't come up with a time for a meetup until then, some of us will be there and we can agree on something and you'll just have to live with that ;)

I'm fine with any evening except Thursday, with a slight preference for not-Tuesday.

How about wednesday evening?

That would be perfect for me.

Quick update: the Birds of a Feather session about demoscene took place today, and it was a huge success. There were so many people wanting to attend that they had to close the doors of the room, and given the waiting line outside, it looks like it would have required a room at least three times as big for everyone to fit in.
