The amount of demos in the world is so small that assuming you can get hold of vidcaps of everything, you could pretty easily make an index that would enable search-by-screenshot to find the prod.

psenough: Fairly certain there is no API (I worked in Google Brain until June, and was part of the team launching search-by-image some time before that), unless it's happened very recently. You can use the released neural networks (Inception) as base for machine learning if you want, but it's honestly overkill for just recognizing the same frame; that would be more if you wanted to recognize spikeballs or hypnoglow as more generic concepts.
