Can we add a new prod category?
category: general [glöplog]
I thought it would make sense to add :
VR - Vive
VR - Occulus
VR - Daydream
I am planning to make a VR demo and would love to share it here.

Enough VR demos, and I'm sure new categories might get added
Is there some kind of VR-Headset-Hub yet?
I mean: next Simulaatio needs that for the Compos! ;)
Imagine 200 sceners in the same VR-Space, DEMOSTYLE!

"Just hop on that SinusScroller over there to get into the 2nd and 3rd Floor, mate!" :D
Err, we don't even have a pico-8 category yet. :)
So, what britelite said. Make many (substantial) VR demos first and the platforms might follow later. Nobody will add tons of competing VR platforms just because they are there or will come out soon.

I would stick to what I said about Pico8 (or any "new" platform) earlier; if you get 10 solid prods (i.e. actually scene-made-scene-aimed, not just "someone made a prod and it totally has a scroller"), we'll consider it.
is someone already working on a VR version of sofa scener ?
Something for the new category: Bubble Trouble 3D 360 video version for your VR headset :)
I've adjusted the lighting a bit to fit my GearVR (and to make at least something to look at outside the main view), and removed all pitch angles, as they are really sea sickining, but otherwise it's just the normal intro, without directing for VR.
But generally I think that the kind of direction and worlds you have in (raymarching) 4ks are among the prime candidates for VR versions.
