NOW IN ONLY 8 KILOBYTES! KeyJ / kakiarts proudly presents a Win32+OpenGL version of the 1989 classic. If you don't know the game (shame on you!): It is something like a "3D" tetris; but that's all I want to say for now, you'll have to try it for yourself. Features included in this version: + Win32 only + Executable size: 7246 bytes ("safe" version: 8704 bytes); does not need any non-standard libraries (i.e. should work out of the box with a fresh WinXP+ SP2+gfxdriver installation) + uses OpenGL for rendering, including some simple alpha blending f/x + arbitrary pit sizes from 3x3x3 up to 20x20x20 + pause mode (yes, you'll need this) + saves your highscore :) + perhaps the most important thing: ORIGINAL KEYBOARD BINDINGS (see below) Features missing in this version: - demo mode and help screen (who needs this anyway ...) - sound (I don't want to annoy anybody) - full-screen mode (it didn't work on my i915, so I left it out :p) Controls (for those who don't know already): Esc = quit Pause / P = pause cursor keys = move block Q / A = rotate block around X (left-right) axis W / S = rotate block around Y (bottom-up) axis E / D = rotate block around Z (front-back) axis Space = drop block Have fun! -- KeyJ / kakiarts a.k.a.
