How to start the intro
----------------------
On some operating systems (like Windows for example) the intro will start
simply by double clicking the file "intro.jar". If this does not work,
you can start the intro from command line with the following command:
java -jar intro.jar
Software Requirements
---------------------
The intro is a Java application, so you naturally need to have Java
installed to run it. The intro requires Java 2 Standard Edition (J2SE)
Java Runtime Environment (JRE), version 1.4.2 or higher. You can download
J2SE JRE 1.4.2 for Windows, Linux and Solaris from here:
http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/download.html
Hardware Requirements
---------------------
Modern CPU (> 1 GHz) and some memory (> 128 MB) are needed to run this
intro. If the intro seems to run too slowly, try to run it with a lower
resolution.
