Random notes:

Special thanks to sBibi, pmdata and Xerus !

Thanks to SCPCD, Zerosquare, ggn, GT Turbo, and all the folks at #jagware for moral support !

This demo project was started on 5 october 2013
The final demo was compiled on 3 november 2013
(less than 1 month, w00t !)

Is this the first full monochrome demo ?

The .snd is not required, it's just here to avoid wasting time ripping the music :)

Try to run the demo on a color monitor, both medium and low resolution :]

Templeton coded the 3 last effects in C using Pure C (can you believe that ?)
Just like in our previous demo "C++ is forbidden", remember the tunnel ? (blitter abuse !!)

The Raytraced Scroller is 107Kbytes of pregenerated 68k code +6k of background restore code

Chuck Dune's facts: (courtesy of Orion_ & cooper IRC's delirium)

Chuck doesn't know what there is after the VBL.
Chuck il sait pas ce qu'il y a apres la vbl.

When Chuck wants to change a color in the palette, he writes into the video frequency register. (remember at numerica ? :p)
Quand Chuck veut changer une couleur de la palette il tape dans les registres de fréquence vidéo.

When the ST crashes, it's not Chuck's code that is wrong, it's just the ST that don't understand.
Quand le ST plante, c'est pas le code de Chuck qui est mauvais, c'est le ST qui comprend pas.

That's all folks !

See you on CT60 ... hopefully !
