I like this, both cool to see some 1k or higher on DOS, but there is music, logo and even the effect which is nice also seem to run ok on 386. Didn't expect that.

Although to be honest, I just tried on my real 386 and it froze. Which that would be the point to actually run on the real hardware.
It was previously in dosbox with very low cycles resembling 386 even 286 that the effect still updated surprisingly well with all music running, so I don't know.

Hi Optimus, thanks for running this on real hardware! Just to check, does your 386 have an FPU? We re-tested locally on our 386 and it runs fine. Just in case, I put a new version up that is 1023 bytes and doesn't read uninitialized data.

Hi Optimus and unlord, just my 2 cents on the issue - if it is using FPU instructions, the FPU might be uninitialized. See my comments at

https://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=5281

for more details. However, in this case, it is just guessing.

Hi, sorry about that, I didn't read it also needs an FPU and at least it runs pretty well on my 486DX
