@hitchhikr yup that's because we only use one AY of the Mockingboard and AppleWin do not have mix options.
The original boards were made to be used with internal speakers, and some later clones allowed to mix the two AYs into a mono output.
Almost all our video captures are done from a single audio channel.

Some issues (particularly pronounced from 2:42 in the youtube capture), nice choice of tune. I love apples, but not Apple.
