Uh, pasted a wrong download link, the correct one being http://newcracktros.members.easyspace.com/2000/ma-dev01.zip.

Nice fishes, but the design is quite awful. I think the bubbles should float in front of the objects, not behind. This has nothing to do with Future Crew's Fishtro, btw.
