This was the software kit that came along with the sampling cartridge that I bought from a big Dutch Atari club back in 1989. There was a whole series of sample demos made with the sequencer in this package, an example sequence (that was also spread separately) is included on the disk. The sampler itself was quite common, besides myself several Dutch sceners I knew owned this device and used it for their demoscene productions.
