It's my first demo, please be gentle! :-)

Massive thanks to pOpE again for introducing me to the scene and helping me put together a coherent demo. Without him this would've just been some crappy cubes with no sound!

The rendering is all realtime using a lib that I wrote; I do believe this is the first realtime demo on a laser (no commercial lasershow app/framework and no frame-by-frame prerendering). The hardware is DIY :)

Under no circumstances am I gonna thumb this fine piece of craft because of self-voting.

Y yo toda la noche del viernes preguntándome quién narices estaba jugando con el láser...

There are two videos here and here, neither is perfect. I posted them on the fix me beautiful thread, so they should show up.

One of my galvos crapped out shortly after the demo (phew) so I'm not going to be able to make a proper video until I can get a replacement :(

Oh, and once I get my hardware working again, I will clean up the underlying framework and release it as OpenLase ;)

Curious to know more about the hardware (I wanna know how to build something to play this at home :)). Looks nice.

I posted the code for the OpenLase framework that this demo is built on. Here's the announcement :)

This should be shown looping on some wall in demoparties. :)

I think that applying algortihms like marching square can render everything with a layer of colors and scales.
