this may actually be called "2^8" and darko may be the coder. but re-reading the file_id.diz and info file, it's hard to tell.

I suppose it's the first windows 4k he did and as such it's somewhat simple (1 effect only , no music) but I like the effect so no thumb down.

The effect is indeed quite cool but the borders and the rest suck.
effect is nice but for a 4k, single effect without music doesn't deserve a thump up.
