The original version of the demo was Falcon only, and the Senior Dads patch was to make it work on the STE.
The final "hidden screen" in the demo is when, after the last screen, the demo exits to the desktop. If you click on the file "DSP.P56", it starts up a doc displayer, and reveals itself to be an Ice-packer compressed text file containing details of how the SD patched the demo to work on the STE.
