Pretty nice and friendly tool... but 42k stub seems awful bloated. It looks to me like most of it is in the splash image.
Unusable due to the splash screen and the fixed icon. If you want other people to use it, make it more flexible. Yes, I know there's source code and resource hacking tools, but something like this should work out of the box and provide the few options needed per default.

Tomaes: You can use this little _as this_ os modify de source code as you whant. I known the tool like this is a little bit _fixed_ (icon and spash screen) but the full source code is present to modify all that you want ;)

There is a major issue with this one - this is a self-extractor which temporarily writes files to disk in your temporary directory. Many parties do not allow this.
I expected to find some code to trick Windows into thinking that the files existed when they didn't like some fairly well known commercial tool whose name i forgot does, but it doesn't contain anything like that. This source code here doesn't have any special value..
