The 1st Camelot demo, from 1991 even though the intro says 1990.

Ended the legendary "Zoomer War" which started with The Larch 3/Bones in 1989, and continued with Brutal 3/Light, an unreleased Upfront demo @ the Dexion Xmas Party 1990, Stroke One/Demotion and Cock Crusher/Bonzai.

This totally rocked me back then (especially the zoomer that looked like it was about to come out of my TV)...

One of the very few C64 demo I managed to watch back then. It rocked hard and still does today.

I'd also like to thank cruzer for the history lesson! I had missed (or completely forgotten) The Larch 3 although I digged the Bones. i also didn't know that Glasnot was in Light. I though Light code was mostly done by Flamingo only, who coded like CRAZY in '89-'90. Crazy, i tell you! And then went on to be the chief technology officer of Spotify. I'm so proud of all of you! (...because I feel connected... or sumthing)

Oh, back to this demo: the flexible all-borders zoom is my all time favorite demopart. I really like 50 Hz oldschool effects. The smoother the better, and they don't come any smoothier that that zoomer part. 111 bobs was nice too!

And back to the history line, as for the "fluffy", check out Poor by Beyond Force from '89 :-) (http://noname.c64.org/csdb/release/?id=4135) If you can get it to work, that is... The demo has a lot of strange problems, of which we all blame Hazor and his linking and crunching of the demo :-)
