It works with music in PCem! 486-66 or so is fine. But first, rename ÄÄNI.S3M to ŽŽNI.S3M (alt-0142 alt-0142 NI.S3M) as the first two chars get remapped under Windows. You'll know you renamed it right if it shows up as ÄÄNI.S3M inside PCem.
In DOSBox, even after this trick, it still doesn't work. But set ULTRASND= , and it should at least run without music.

The music is certainly cheesy, but not bad at all in its genre, quite good even I think. Very demoish stuff, enjoyed it.
