the tunel is trully impressive
but in facts the whole demo is impressive, the msx perfectly fits the scenes, and every thing looks so real that you're absorbed and you feel being in the place... especially in the screenshot 's scenes.

this is actually the third time i'm commenting on this demo, the first comment went west with the pouet-database a couple of months ago and the second on the first addition of this prod.. but the comment; bad music, and drop the continous blur please.. pretty boring also.

This is a real shame. A few years ago, I loved this style. Now I've got tired of it, and suspend makes this! Well, my problem not suspends.
The demo rules, anyway. The music is pretty good, the scenes are nice, some original ideas in there too, the effects are good, and the blur makes everything look nice and solid. Good for those of us without cards that can do decent AA :) Yes, good stuff.

very impressive technically
gargaj: i like many different types of music, but bad is bad and quality is quality, no matter the style. feel free to read that sentence any way you'd like :) (in the case of this song - the hihats are dull and hidden in the mix, the BD is plain boring, the riffs are cheap and uninventive, the overall production isn't "tight" at all, and the progression is very very boring. i like the strings starting at around 02:46 though, the musician should have played around with them a lot more). the best trance/goa-tune in a demo to this date is the track to 604 - now *there* is a tight production that really sucks the listener into the demo. (and i'm no goa-fan :)

I thought that the blur was a good idea. It looks more real. Maybe they should blur just half as much? (if that is possible).

Suspend is a famous polish group for me. I remember old and cool 64k intros like "backpage" (with cool Vacek/Arise muzax :)), "frontpage" and very good [imo] demo "XXX", but "Mechanical Dreams" surprise me a lot. Great: code, music and scenes.
Yeah, I like this demo. Maybe not super duper action packed, but very watcheable and enjoyable.

typical Suspend demo, yet not as polished as "the s" - especially the cyan objects don't really fit IMO. Still, an awesome demo with an awesome soundtrack.
