Looks good! What is it that determines the number of the SYS exactly? I guess it is a system call to an address where the code is situated, but what determines that it is loaded to this location and if noone provided the SYS NNNN, how can you know how to call it?

In this intro starting address can be almost whatever. I choosed first available address which is 2061. Basic start header is not included, because Lovebyte rules don't require it, so in this case only option to run it by SYS.
But even Basic header (command line to start it by RUN) is not included, two first bytes define loading address. E.g. if file has 256 bytes, code has 254 bytes.
