Yeah... together with Heaven 7, the only realtime raytracer which actually looks good :)

this kicks the shit out of heaven7, i'm my oh so humble opinion.
this is a classic, up there with hplus and bakkslide 7.

Is it hardware accelerated raytracing? Hmm,.. perhaps that's why Fresnel1 was damn slow but this fast!

the textures and 3dmodels are good but the synchros sucks, music is not bad, the whole demo is not excellent, i prefer Fresnel(1), this second edition is not better, the code is perhaps more fast (rage128) but the ensemble is not very good.

Good material. Must see. If only they did put up some more textures, keeping similar color schemes, but few more textures wouldn't hurt. Still I think it's a pretty hot intro. Technically almost flawless.

This is the first realtime CSG I've noticed (I'm more specifically referring to the spheres which were subtracted from objects during rendering). I hope kolor makes more in this style. I didn't like the texture(s) and the music didn't do much for me, but I see lots and lots of potential for this.
hmm.. I just watched fresnel for the first time, and I was surprised to see that I actually preferred the textures in fresnel 2 :) so.. I see what you were going for.. never mind, the texture is pretty good :)
I think I'd like to see some of this done in a demo.. but I suppose that depending on how this was coded, that might be a pain :)

Nice raytracer, but the textures are too average (although they are compressed, and not generated) but the textures are too repetitive... Nice technically, but it's visually average
got an atmosphere and music helps to make it up.. the d'n'b part is kinda out of key tho and greetings last to long - however the world, light sync and addfx makes it a very good intro.

about the lack of saturation in the colour - I'm guessing it's because doing colour-blends without textures at object edges would look too yuk with high amounts of saturation.

Doh! That music HUUUURTS...
The raytracer is amazing. It gets awesome FPS even on my lame Duron 800 processor, and there's a lot going on in those scenes. I don't like the colors or the scene design much, though.
Technically good, but dead boring. Fresnel 1 was way better.

very good, I remember watching it quite smoothly in my Pentium I 133 Mhz. Dsgn and mzk are very nice. I don´t like the textures tho.
