It's the same melody in both cases. Where is the problem to detect the fact that you have used it once again? I didn't say the remix is bad. Infact it isn't. I only said you have stolen the melody!

i haven't seen the prod, but based on the mp3 posted above, the music isn't a rip.

if having a downward triad of notes in your tune is ripping, then i'm quite glad i quit, because that's pretty much the only thing that the two tunes share (d# b g# and c# a f# in the first one, g d# c and d a# g in the second one).

i can't see a reason for ghandy to make such a big fuss about it, other than holding some kind of a personal grudge. oh and tmb, the bassline isn't even remotely similar.
