- Opinion in german is "Meinung" which can be understood as "mine". Using a wordplay other's opinions are "Anderungen" as in "others". You have your "Meinung". Everyone else has their "Anderung". This concept really helped me to digest other people's angle on any topic. It's THEIR pov.
- If they can explain WHY, do listen. Understand their angle. No need to compete who is right or wrong. Do not bend yourself or satisfy their needs, either. Tolerating their pov (instead of fighting it) helps you understand and widens your horizon. (also fuckings to spam protection)
