I'm cogitating moving to Mexico City and I'd like to know if there's an active demoscene in there. :D

I wrote my thesis on demos mostly in Mexico, but now firmly back in Finland again. And still missing the food and tequila :)

IIRC Truck mentioned something about a Mexican demo group at the Demo Compo Studio of the last Assembly. Look for the video capture on the DemoTube channel on the YouTubes. And yes! Mexico rocks!

You should start one.

Perhaps there is a town named Brussels also in Brazil? I mean, after all there are also towns named Berlin, St. Petersburg, London,... in Northern America!

Danguafer: Hard to say, the going is kinda wild with the universities, since they vary so much in quality and difficulty.
