Nah, he's not really being nice (or even speaking correct French, as the gtranslate failure might have hinted).
It translates to something like:
"So buddy you've been doxed, well for a hacker that's not terrific"
So just a kid thinking he's being smart by picking on you. Nothing to call home about, not until there's more of those assholes at least. |

also, just had to check what "doxed" means...
facebook says, he graduated high school in 2002, so young he is indeed, but really isn't a "kid" by any standard...which i find a bit odd.
