Mindcandy DVD discussion

Lepper: For your sake i hope you have a mod-chip in your xbox. If so, try to find something called 'XBOX.NTSC.PAL.Video.Mode.Selector.Version2.ShareReactor.rar'. Then select NTSC. It worked for my xbox! Good luck!
Yes, Mindcandy rocks. I also liked especially the commentaries.
Now go and make volume 2 with Amiga demos =)

can't wait for #2
bool, yup I do, but my XBox is already NTSC, and the Sony DVD player is also NTSC (I'm in the US). I don't think it a region thing, since only a few scenes in some demos have the stuttering.
I want a #2 and #3 and more. There are more of PC oldschool/newschool demos who are very clasic and didn't made it to the first DVD. I have also heared about Amiga demos put into the second DVD. This would be great for me, cause I hardly know about the Amiga scene history, one quarter of the things I know about PC demoscene. And also, there are many clasics that I don't know or couldn't be able to run them in emulators for some reasons. It's more a must historically for me..
intros are sorely missed
What I wondered is why there are no files? I mean,. among with the DivX, it would only need 100MB or more, to fit the demos in their original binary form, just to show to the people how they are in realtime. It is possible, isn't it? It's just that they can be only browsed from PCs and not DVD consoles and players..
Lepper: I just tried it on my Xbox and had no problems with skipping..>try cleaning the disc with a soft cloth and window cleaner.
Optimus: Thanks for the info on Freax.
Aye, and along with the amiga demos idea for vol.2, how about throwing some intros and musicdisks? That'd be more than wonderful
...also, some farb-rausch would be nice... or maybe they can release their own DVD? [ryg, kb, anyone, can you see this?!? - get on it!]

would be nice to get more commentaries from the demo/intro authors themselves next time.
