what about that Wiinstrument demonstration at breakpoint ? is it convincing ? is it based on glovepie or what ? |
I wasn't very convinced about the current status of the Wiinstrument application. The GUI looks nice and they accomodate a few functionalities but personally, I would very very much like to see a solid gesture recognition becoming a part of the prog.
Dunno if there's glovepie in the background, sadly I didn't get to speak to the creator personally.

and their webpage seems to be without content (www.screenfashion.org unless i'm wrong) |
It's released on the page now. It's not based on GlovePIE, but a stand-alone application. It's open source and designed to be portable on other platforms than the current (OSX) easily, so a Linux port will follow soon. As there are many requests, I think I will also make a video presentation. Stay tuned ;)
