jailbird: It shouldn't be hard to turn it into a userJs. Actually it will probably work out of the box.

My bad, or good, it works. I had disabled JavaScript in the Site Preference of pouet after the LimpNinja + nitrok2k01 + AMI500 incident.

nitro2k01: the thing is that I gave credit to bonz everywhere I could : in the comments of his and my prod as well as in my nfo. Also I think I brought some significant improvements to his code, not to mention that I used it as a starting point because: 1) I wanted to see how far I could size optimize a mandelbrot in JS, 2) once I did that there was no point writing my own mandelbrot tracer from scratch.

From what I saw the nitrok201 + AMI500 incididents were plain ripping, with barely new text/colors but no improvement whatsoever.

Oh, I wasn't clear enough there... I wans't accusing you for anything.
What I meant was: How could you code the rotozoomer with JS disabled? (;

On second thought, and seeing skrebbel's post, I also wondered if you understood what I meant by " I had disabled JavaScript in the Site Preference of pouet ". My bad, the wording was ambigous.

JSYK in Opera9 you can set your preferences on a per site basis. For instance it's possible to disable/tweak animated GIF, sounds, java, plugins, JavaScript, referer logging, cookies, stylesheets, ... without affecting your global preferences.

I had disabled JavaScript ONLY for www.pouet.net ( and a few other annoying sites )

Well, yeah, I know that about Opera, for some reason I was thinking you code it with FF, which of course doesn't make sense, you know why. Brain short-circuit...
