Forgive me for my stupidity but how do you extract tracks from musicdisks, if possible?

depends on the musicdisk. each coder has it's own set of rules regarding packing/encryptions/bla.

easy. set lineout to linein and record while playing. unless of course the coder has chosen to digitally watermark them on the fly and you use drm-compliant recorder/software. in this case you'd better off looking for .mod/.s3m/.xm files on the directory where you exctracted the stuff into.

(this is probably useless but you could also look for M.K./28CH/SCRM/etc from any big files there, split the file some fixed number of bytes before that (depending on format) and try to load on a tracker and save..)

The reason I´m asking this cause I love both rebel´s musicdisks and would have burned them to a cd... :) And no way I´m gonna record chips manually :P

#2 can extract the tunes (if you can find it :D), for the tunes in #1 you could try #rbsdemo on ircnet
