Psycho: Yes. We have done the same thing for 13 years@German easterparties in a row now. We need that first day to have some fresh air, bacon, KMAN, kebab and alot of beers so we get into the mood for friday and the official party :)

Any advice on travelling from London? I can't get a direct flight, so would need to change at Luxembourg, which works out pretty expensive (~300 euros).
I'm wondering if travelling to Luxembourg and getting a train would be a better option. I can get a direct return flight to Luxembourg for ~70 euros.
Thanks in advance :)

raizor: or you could take one of the shuttle buses from the airport. That's what i've done last two years so I didn't end up lost or on the wrong side of germany.
Thanks H0ff.
Dotwaffle suggested a train. it looks like it might be a good choice from either London or Ashford to Saarbrücken. I think it will work out cheaper.

Flight ticket from Japan costs about 140,000 yen.
It doesn't accept changing flight date after buying and refund requires 30,000 yen.
I will buy a ticket after date is fixed.
And I have to make a demo and something for Tokyo Demo Fest 2013.
So I can start making demo for Revision after february 11.

@Saga Musix:
Thank you. I can make a plan for Revision.
I think I will arrive at Frankfurt on thursday, stay hotel near airport 1 night, ride shuttle bus and go to party place.
I couldn't went to Revision 2012.
I hope I will not be busy before easter.
Easter is not holy day in my country.

+1 to doing London-Saarbrucken by train... even without my tree-hugger hat on, it does make sense. Eurostar to Paris, 10 minute walk to Gare De L'Est, TGV to Saarbrucken. About 6 hours in all, less annoying security at check-in, all the luggage you can carry, and avoiding the faff of getting to an airport in the middle of nowhere.
Expect it to be about £150-200 return for Easter weekend... not the cheapest, but probably not far off once you add up all the hidden charges.

( i am no organizer og Revision in 2013, i just want to read on, as the thread is obviously a good read so far, thats why i bumped it :P )
Thanks for reanimating this thread, without your help it would have died instantly and we would have had to open a new Revision 2013 thread, because noone would ever bother to post in this thread again!

@Pyrux: From where are you leaving? Somewhere around Copenhagen? Then this Scanian might be interested in going with you Danes :)
