Where the rain to my eyes; May still be ice and snow, Cold and untold was I, Words that were soft and low. Warm with the day's embrace, Slid, with an lazy voice, How I forget its face; It only gives its choice. And there you let a leaf, Where'd be a narrow stall, Forth with a sound of grief, Sat at the silent wall.
