really cool first demo, congrats and welcome to the scene!
I especially liked the tv-tower-satellite thingy, very creative!

out of the quantum foam, the 55mb of audio + 500kb of code tells me someone knows how to yes-code and no prefab engines were harmed in the making. The lack of nfo leaves me guessing as to what language was used (...curious ?? if you read this) and i wish i could whip that up without using agk basic or higher. Covers plenty of the basics id say, nice execution synced to some orb-like dub .

If ive been too nice adding a screenshot and a video feel to remove or replace i dont have booboos that easily. If this is "a first" we prey for your continued patronage to feed us more weird things, thx.

Yeah, I made a music track in a DAW program (Bitwig Studio), then implemented my graphics ideas with code, then went back to the music and it was a lot more daunting to replace it with something procedural than I imagined, so I just said "screw it" and shipped a wav file.

I started from the start and didn't really know what I was making, so I spent as much time on the procedural tree that you only see for 15 seconds as I did on the twisting tunnel shader that ended up being half the demo. If I did the tree scene last they probably would've been green spheres.

The code be able to fit under 64k with the right compiler flags and xz -9e, but I didn't bother because the audio file is way over the limit anyway. Looks like it's got 64k of unwind tables even though exceptions aren't used.
Sorry for forgetting or not knowing to write an nfo. The platform is C++ and OpenGL via SDL2. There is no graphics engine here. There WAS a prefab audio engine, obviously, since it's pre-rendered. You might be able to guess C++ by the 64kb of (unnecessary) unwind tables.

The TV tower satellite thingy is broadly based on the Berlin hackerspace "c-base". That's also the reason all the signs inside start with the letter c.

I think technically this is my third demo. The second one was a badge demo for Ontrack 2023. The first one was for a Minecraft modding competition and replaced the loading screen.
