Just one effect but it's pretty and Tao's tune is amazing!

The dots are cool but the music by Tao is unbelievable. SID, sync buzzer or whatever it is, it's yet another sound I never heard out of a ym2149. And we're in 2018. So good.

It has been done looooong time ago in GFA-Basic by Gloky ... Strider has found it inside gloky's archive and fixed few things to be able to release it
