At first I gasped, but then this doesn't seem to be 512b (whole game menu with logo, wat?) or is it supposed that only the main game is 512b?

Anyway, it's cool although I never manage to eat all dots in time.

You can hardly call a 512 byte pacman a game (no score), but thumbs up for the effort. :)
